All parcels please use the business address to ship, if you fill in a private address, there will be a staff contact you to change the delivery information. If you can not contact the guests for a long time, the order will eventually be canceled, the amount will be fully refundable to the customer's account.

• No exchanges or returns will be accepted without receipt, or after 14 days from original date of purchase.
• Merchandise can only be returned if it is in its original packaging and condition. All returns are subject to charge 20% fee of items you purchased.
